Astra Tower

Steel Encounters was founded in 1985. Our seamless operations across two specialized divisions (steel joist/deck and glass/glazing) ensure that we consistently deliver excellence to our valued customers and building partners.
 

​We are 100% employee-owned as an ESOP company. An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a company-funded retirement plan that gives employees total ownership of their company in the form of stock shares.
