PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Liberty Sky is a high-rise residential development located in Salt Lake City’s Downtown neighborhood. The first upscale, high-rise residential rental community in the metropolitan market, the project consists of a 21-story residential tower containing 272 rental units and a 4-level, 309-space parking deck adjacent.

Steel Encounters provided Jacobsen Construction with a cost-effective solution to the design team’s vision of an innovative window wall system for the post-tensioned slab. The residential tower is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end finishes. The building’s amenities are located at both the street and roof levels and include a resident lounge, business center, fitness/yoga studio, and club room with a catering kitchen overlooking a swimming pool and entertainment deck. Glass guardrails surrounding the deck permit unobstructed views of the cityscape and surrounding mountains.
