"As the second-tallest building on Seattle’s skyline, the Rainier Square Tower brings new energy to the city’s central business district. The 58-story, mixed-use high-rise contains office space, the highest residential units in the city, and retail. The project works at multiple scales, both as an iconic tower in the city skyline and at the street, to create an engaging 24/7 pedestrian experience.

To honor the neighboring Rainier Tower, designed by Minoru Yamasaki in the 1970s, the design of the Rainier Square Tower features a unique carved form, preserving views from both towers and allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the interiors." NBBJ Architects
