The Steel Encounters Special Projects Department is a team dedicated to specialty projects such as tenant improvement, houses of worship, temples, luxury residential, and projects incorporating operable glazing, art glass, and skylights. Our Special Projects team is also here to support our customers with post installation services.
Steel Encounters is an exclusive dealer representative for a variety of manufacturers.
As dealer representatives, we are certified installers who are experienced with each manufacturer's system. This ensures accurate pricing, better lead times, efficient installation, and

Special Projects Leadership Team
Special Projects Manager
Chad Gallagher brings nearly four decades of experience in the glass and glazing industry and provides management and oversight of the SE Special Projects Department; a specialized team of professionals dedicated to LDS temples and other project types that may require a condensed schedule, increased coordination, and/or specialty systems such as bronze entry doors, stained glass, skylights, and more.
Special Projects Coordinator
Holden has nearly three decades of experience in the construction glass and glazing industry. He works closely with the design and construction team as well as estimating, engineering, and project management to implement project directives. Holden provides valuable input to the client team regarding our work throughout each project.
