PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A development joint venture between Convexity Properties, Timberlane Partners, and High Boy Ventures, the 31-story high-rise luxury apartment building in downtown Salt Lake City on the corner of Broadway and 200 East is currently under construction.
The building includes more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, panoramic rooftop views, a pool on the 12th floor, and generous amounts of open space for gathering. The building will stand 335 feet upon completion.
