A development joint venture between Convexity Properties, Timberlane Partners, and High Boy Ventures, the 31-story cast-in-place concrete mixed-use residential tower includes nearly 6,000-sf of ground floor retail, 359 apartment homes, and nearly 15,000-sf of outdoor amenity space.

Steel Encounters is honored to have been involved in The Worthington for W.E. O'Neil and Layton Construction. The building is mere steps from our corporate offices, and our team enjoyed our part in bringing the building to life.
